The engineering team here at CPD is kept busy with different special applications every day. Recently we manufactured a U-Bending punch for a Baileigh ironworker. This punch and die will be used on the punch end of the ironworker in the standard tooling set up.The customer will place their material over the die and cycle the machine. When the machine has completed its cycle, the piece of material will be U-shaped and the operator can move to the next step in their production.
