The Scanning Electron Microprobe Quantometer (SEMQ) is a useful tool in observing grain structure as well as determining the alloy constituents quantitatively and qualitatively. The SEMQ is utilized to closely analyze microstructure. Stress, Strain and Tensile testing verify Tool Steel characteristics and are an integral Quality Assurance procedure.
